Ginger Graham

Executive Director

Ginger has over 15 years of communications and program management experience. Her work as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Belize, C.A. led her to focus on non-profit work in Latino communities. During her first years at Centro she led development efforts and acted as volunteer coordinator. She became the Executive Director in July 2015.

Iris Montano

Academic Assistant

Iris is a trained teacher from Venezuela who also works full-time at a local charter school. She brings a wealth of experience with her in encouraging and tracking academic progress. She joined our staff in September 2021.

Ibrahin Moreno

Ándale Program Director

Ibrahin Moreno is a certified music and social studies teacher. He is an accomplished musician who has over 20 years’ experience teaching children and adults performance piano and guitar. He also led a program in his native country of Venezuela for seven years that built leadership and education skills for youth and young adults. He joined our staff in September 2021.

Rebecca Welty

Literacy Coordinator

Rebecca has extensive experience teaching, both in the United States as a K-12 teacher and in Ecuador, where she taught English to school-age children.

She joined our team in August 2019.
